The Changemaker Certificate serves as a crucial component of BSBN's employability enhancement initiatives, closely linked to the BSBN Employment Promise. Through completing the Certificate, learners will effectively articulate and substantiate themselves as Changemakers, recognising this as their distinct market advantage as graduates.
In Level 1, students will be introduced to the realm of social impact, acquiring insights into the significance of cultivating a social impact mindset for their personal and professional growth.
Changemaker Certificate Level 2 is centered on students acquiring hands-on experience through work-related learning. Collaborating with the Changemaker Team, students identify opportunities aligned with their development objectives. This experiential learning encompasses two categories, which can be linked to placements or projects within the curriculum.
Changemaker Certificate Level 3 centers on students articulating their growth journey through a presentation to a panel, providing them with a platform to narrate their social impact narrative.
