Qualification Framework

  • Mandatory Units (36 credits): Core advanced practice, leadership, communication, person‑centred planning, health & safety, safeguarding and more. 
  • Optional Units (34 credits): A broad range lets you tailor specialist learning to your interests and job role, such as:
    • Advocacy and assistive technology
    • Lead practice for employment/education support
    • Reablement and community partnerships
    • Research in care and innovation
    • Mentoring, induction management, and team leadership
    • Social care supervision and quality assurance

️ At least 55 credits must be achieved at Level 4 or above
